There are a multitude of books and lectures from gurus and other wise people that can give you advice on how to lead a balanced and happy life. But don’t forget: learn from others and apply knowledge in the way you see fit.

Try to be flexible and ban doom, gloom and fear from your life. Find your own way to release tension and problems while staying in touch with nature. Go dancing, rambling, cycling or take the dog for a walk... This way you reset your mind and you create new insights. And at the same time you broaden your mind.
